Artivity was born from a profound love for creativity and a vision to democratize art. Offering an array of experiences from online and physical classes, to curated art boxes and personalized gifts, Artivity is dedicated to inspiring, educating, and bringing joy. Our mission is to cultivate a community where individuals of all ages and skill levels can explore their creativity and tap into their artistic potential. Purchases & Collection

When can I collect my order?

For Preorders of Non-Customised Items, orders are expected to be packed and be at location within 3 months, unless otherwise stated.

For Customised Items, do expect 1 - 14 weeks (and can take up to 4 months) for us to finish the product as each product is handcrafted with love and passion. Duration depends on the complexity and number of items we are working on at the moment. So please order in advance should you have a special gifting day!

Do note that it might take longer during peak periods (Children's day, Teachers Day, Christmas, Chinese New Year etc.).

Self-Collection Only

Thank you for making your purchase with us!

A notification will be sent to you when your order is ready for collection.

By default the location will be set to Achievers Arts' Our Tampines Hub Studio.

If you wish to collect at any of our other studios, please leave a note when you cart out, or email us the location of your choice and your order number.

Please bring along ''Your Order is Ready'' email, payment receipt, and collect your purchases at the Achievers Arts Studio you've chosen.

We may be closed for public holidays and sometimes for company events. If unsure, do give us a call before coming down to prevent a wasted trip.

Do you do shipping?

We do not do ship out parcels at the moment. Building a ship is an arduous task that requires precision. This may be an option in the future!

Can I purchase the items straight at the physical stores?

We do carry items from Art Boxes, Lil' Makers', The Supplies Shop, and The Painting Shop in all the Achievers Arts' studios. You may choose to view and purchase them directly at any of the studios.
 

Do take note that the studios will not have all the products in the studios. So if there's anything that caught your eyes in this website, do not hesitate to cart them out so the elves can prepare and place your items at the studio before you make your way down to collect them.

 

"Your Order is Ready" email will be sent to you when your order is ready for collection.

The Elves & Fairies will only begin work on the orders from the Gifts Shop after payment is done!

Do make your Gifts Shop purchases and payment online before we can embark on the creation of your lovely gifts.

Paintings residing in the respective studios will not be shifted

Please visit the respective studio where the painting resides for collection. Most of our products are a wanderlusters. The paintings however...they prefer staying put until they've found a permanent home.

Can I cancel or change my order?

For customized items, please contact us via email at artivity@achieversarts.com or whatsApp us at 84866511 within 24 hours from the time your order is placed. An administrative charge of $10 - $30 may be incurred for any changes made. We may be able to accept cancellations or changes only if the work has not been started/reversible.

 

Cancellation or changes to non-customizable products should be done within 48 hours of purchase.


Please check your cart carefully before proceeding to pay.

Can I change the location of collection?

Please contact us via email at artivity@achieversarts.com or whatsApp us at 9123 4537. Do note that changing of location means an addition of up to 14 days before your item is ready for collection. To reduce carbon footprint, this is only allowed to be done once for each purchase.

I couldn't collect my purchases when it was ready

All ordered items should be collected within 30 days from when "Your Order is Ready" email was sent. Artivity reserves the rights to sell the reserved item to other customers once it passes this period. Customers would have to wait for the availability of the item(s) again should this happen. If the item is a limited product, there will be no replacement, and a refund will be initiated.

If you could not pick the items up in time, please let us know your estimated collection date(s). We can extend the collection expiry to a later date.

Each of our products are entirely handcrafted and curated on our own. With love and passion, we try to ensure that each piece is stunning.

We understand that sometimes, you may have moments of regret for the things you buy, so we do accept returns on some of our products.

Please check that your item(s) is/are eligible for returns.

  • We only accept returns of products from Art Boxes and The Supplies Shop if the items are unused and not damaged.

  • Items from the Home Kit, Gifts Shop, Lil' Makers, and The Painting Shop, are ineligible for returns.

  • Return item(s) is/are not sale items, or purchased with a promo code, or purchased in a group buy, or purchased during flash sales.

  • Returns must be made within 21 days from the date you collected your item(s) for a full refund.

 

You may return the items at any Achievers Arts’ studios. A payment receipt must be presented during the return.

Please take note of our Operating Hours. We may be closed for public holidays and sometimes for company events. Do give us a call before coming down to prevent a wasted trip.

Exchanges

Should there be any defect or mistake in the order made by us, we will ensure a proper exchange for the customer. 

1. Please check that your item(s) is/are eligible for exchanges.

  • We only accept exchanges of products from Art Boxes, Gifts Shop, Lil’ Makers, and The Supplies Shop if we made a mistake on the item(s), has missing part(s), or is defective.

  • Items from the Home Kit, and The Painting Shop, are ineligible for exchanges.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 21 days from the date of purchase.

 

2. Only products from The Supplies Shop can be exchanged directly at any of the Achievers Arts' studios.

 

3. For products from Art Boxes, Gifts Shop, and Lil’ Makers, please take clear photos and/or video of what you have received, a screenshot of your payment, preferred studio for the exchange to be done, and email them to artivity@achieversarts.com to facilitate the exchange.

4. After receiving an exchange approval, and ready for exchange email from us, please bring along the item to be exchanged, and ready for exchange email to the chosen studio for the exchange.

Art Box

What is this?

Art Boxes are little art and craft projects great for delving into at home. Created for all, these boxes are great for young and old, so long you have the patience and love for all things crafty. These art boxes are great for those who do not have a much art supplies at home, as they come in just about everything you would need for the project. Also known for its convenience, our boxes are easy for customers to begin their projects right away, instead of having to source or dig for any art supplies you may be missing.

Our passionate team of teachers, who have been teaching arts to children for a long time. We thought long and hard on what is best, so that you dont have to leave your house to try out a new craft!

How is this different from Home Kit?

While both the Art Box and Home Kit are specially made for home use, Art Box comes as a whole package with the materials you need.

It also requires none or minimal screen usage. Your project can be completed entirely with just the instructions that comes with the box.
All you have to do is open your Art Box, and you can delve right in!

My Art Box have a missing / Defect Item!

All Art Boxes are created and curated by us, but sometimes the elves may have a little careless moment.

Will it have any item that's not inside the Art Box that I will have to prepare myself?

Most of the Art Boxes will have all the necessary materials. Some may require additional materials that most homes have (e.g. scissors/pencils/erasers). If any of it requires a specific item that's not in the box, (e.g. hot glue gun/oven) we will note it down in the description. Some possible supplies such as hot glue gun, may be provided as an add-on. Items that are not sold here such as an oven, will be written in as well. Do read through properly before purchase.

Pre-Order?

Our Art boxes are for pre-orders only. The elves will only begin assembling them after an order is made. So do expect a little wait time.

Home Kit
Home Kit

What is this?

Home Kits are simpler art workshops that can be done at home, instead of learning and doing in the studio. The home kit came about during the Covid-19 pandemic where going to physical art classes are inconvenient and risky. Our team of teachers have created a few kits that can be done by students in their own time, in their own home.

Delivered in blog or vlog style, these kits provide digital patterns and templates for easy access and use. Perfect for enjoyment of art and great sense of accomplishments when done.

How is this different from Art box?

While projects in the Art Box also seems like workshops, Home kit is specially made so that you do not have to wait for a courier! If you have the necessary materials at home, you can do the art piece right away. So this is really for anyone who are really just don't wanna step out of the house, or really far away.

 

Should you need any supplies you may get it from us, or your favourite art (online or physical) stores.


Although most of the products requires a printer, they could also be drawn or remade by yourself too if you do not have a printer at home. The possibilities are endless.

For missing art supplies, you may get it from your favourite art online / physical stores, and printing shops. You may get them from us in Achievers Art's Studios as well; menu may be viewed here.

How does it work?

1. Enter the class of any Home kit project that you fancy. Our classes are free, however some templates / patterns / materials will be chargeable at a nominal price.

2. Check that you have the supplies

  • If you don't you may get it from your local art store, or purchase them from us in Achievers Art's Studios; menu is here.

  • Do note that some Home Kits may require printing

 

3. Cart it in

    Select "Digital Products Only" shipping option if you are only purchasing Home Kits

    Place your order


4. Send us a screenshot of your payment and order no.

5. Wait for your payment confirmation email, which comes together with the project folder.

6. Please download the project folder within 30 days from receiving the email, it will expire after that. Do check your junk mail too.

Printables are usually in PDF, these will be chargeable at a nominal price.

  • All Hand-drawn Classic, and Hand-drawn Coloured Caricatures drawn are final.

  • 1x revision is given for Digital Cartoon Caricatures

Who are the painters?

The paintings are done by Achievers Arts' very own teachers, and selected artists.

Artist: C.L.W (Chia Low Woo)

A self-taught artist who fuels his passion for painting and art in his leisure hours.

Back in the 70s C.L.W was into sketching and photography. Even clenching a few awards from photography competitions.

Along the way, he took over his father's hawker business and went through professional training to be a certified Chinese Physician for the livelihood of his family.

Few years back, C.L.W took an interest in canvas painting and have never looked back. He challenges himself to explore, delving back into this passion that was left void for too many years. Now he enjoys painting a variety of works including sceneries, portraits, and abstract. Sometimes with the company of his children and grandchildren as spectators. Painting with joy and love. It is never too late to fuel that childhood passion.

Artist: Celine Chia

Celine believes that surrounding yourself with art, is a wonderful way to influence your mood. We certainly have experienced the calming, invigorating, inspiring and empowering effects that art can have on the viewer or collector.

An important decision to make when buying a painting is to carefully consider who the artwork is for and what kind of feelings you want to stir up. You also need to think of where it will be placed.

Celine hopes that through her paintings, you will be able to feel the wonderful emotions and mood embodied in them; to incite the best in you; to strive, to liberate, to heal.

Collection of Paintings

We do not shift paintings between the studios.

Please check where the painting(s) you like resides.

Visit the studio during operating hours, make the payment there, and bring her home :)

Optionally, you may make the payment online, and arrange for your own courier to pick up the painting(s).

Do note that we will not be liable for any damage or loss of the painting(s) by the courier.

Terms of the Artivity's eGift Card

  • Our eGift Cards contains value which may only be used to purchase goods from www.artivitytime.com.

  • To purchase items physically at our studios with the eGift Card, payment has to be made through our website.

  • eGift Cards may be used for shipping fees (when applicable).

  • eGift Cards may be used multiple times, until the balance is used up.

  • Each eGift Card has a validity of 24 months from date of purchase.

  • ​eGift Cards cannot be used to purchase another eGift card.

  • Artivity's eGift Card is not to be used for Achievers Arts' classes, services, or products.

  • eGift Cards may not be returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash.

  • If the price of the order is worth more than the value of the card, the card holder will need to pay for the remaining cost.

  • We are not responsible if an eGift Card is lost or stolen. No replacement will be provided in these circumstances.

  • Should Artivity suspect any fraud relating to an eGift Card, Artivity may refuse to redeem the gift Card, or cancel the redemption of the Gift Card, until Artivity is satisfied that no fraud has occured.
