Right to rectification:

Right to erasure:

You have the right to request the erasure of your personal data processed by Artivity at any time. However, please note that certain circumstances may hinder immediate erasure, such as:

  • Ongoing matters with Customer Service.

  • Open orders that have not yet been shipped or partially shipped.

  • Outstanding balances with Artivity, regardless of the payment method used.

Your right to object to processing based on legitimate interest:

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data that is based on Artivity's legitimate interest. Artivity will cease processing your personal data unless we can demonstrate a legitimate ground for the processing that overrides your interests and rights or is necessary for legal claims.

We may also use photos of your customized gift(s) created by us for marketing purposes. We will keep and process your personal data for no longer than necessary for us to perform our contractual obligations. However, we may continue to use and store your data for additional purposes.
